Heat this up until the sugar is dissolved. Add in 3 drops of pink food coloring and mix. Turn off the heat. Add a spoonful of tapioca flour to combine. Turn the heat back on and mix until it thickens. Turn off the heat and add in the rest of the tapioca flour until it thickens. Knead the DoughSprinkle some tapioca flour onto a nice surface. Knead the dough into a ball. Cut the dough in half. Slice half of the dough into pieces. Roll the slice pieces into a snake shape. Cut into small pieces. Roll 3 mini pieces at the same time to save time. Boba Pearls Boil a pot of water and add the boba. Stir until the boba floats to the top of the water. Cook for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat. Cover the pot and let the boba rest for 20 minutes. Strain the boba. Brown Sugar Syrup Heat up a pan. Add 35 grams of brown sugar to warm it up. Add the freshly cooked boba and mix till it melts. Do not burn the sugar. Brown Sugar Milk with Boba Use a spatula to put some brown sugar boba into a cup. Turn the cup to create tiger stripes. Add ice (optional)Add milk Enjoy! Ready to DIY?
