1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 8 – 10 lemons)

Directions
Combine 3 cups of water and sugar into a saucepan. Stir in the butterfly pea flowers. Bring to simmer. Cover the pan and let the flowers steep for 10 minutes. Strain and discard the flowers. Set aside to let it cool down.
Use a measuring cup to combine lemon juice and the remaining 2 cups of water.
Pour butterfly pea syrup into a tall glass until half way. Feel free to add ice to your drink.
Pour lemon mixture on top and watch the magic happen! The blue will turn into a pink color! Stir to combine the mixture and enjoy 🦋

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon sweeten condensed milk
1/3 cup half and half
1/2 cup dried butterfly pea flowers
2 cups water

Mix together half and half, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Set aside this vanilla cream mixture.
Pour butterfly pea syrup into 2 cups. Feel free to add ice.
Slowly pour the vanilla cream into the cups. Watch the magic happen! A gorgeous ice blue color will appear. Of course, enjoy! Cheers!
